Personally Identifiable Information
You may visit The Institute of Better Health web site anonymously. However, we offer special features that require you to submit personal information to participate. For example, if you make a purchase using a credit card, we will need to collect information such as your credit card number and billing address to complete that transaction. You may also register at the site by submitting your name, email address and zip code. If you do not wish to provide us with that information, we cannot provide those services to you.
Finally, we may disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with law, to protect our rights in or the safety of our web site, or to protect the safety or rights of other users of our web sites.

We use modern technology to protect the information you submit. All personally identifiable user information is stored on secured servers and behind a firewall. However, no security system is completely impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
You may review or delete any personal information we retain about you by sending an email to our Privacy Officer at the address listed below. However, if you are contacted by one of our partners, you will need to alert them that you wish your information to be deleted. Please note that it is sometimes not possible to erase all copies of your personal data such as that data in storage located on a back up drive.
